Please note: Lodging is not included in the conference fee. Many of our participants choose to commute if they live locally. We have a special rate of $165 per night (including breakfast) at the Inn at Manchester. After you register, you will receive a registration receipt. (If you don’t get it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.) In it, you’ll find a code to make your lodging accommodations at the inn if you wish.

Reserving a room at the inn

Our beautiful host hotel, The Inn at Manchester, offers 21 rooms, each with its own charm and a private bath. Several rooms are well-suited for sharing with another participant.

Your Conference Registration Receipt will contain a link to a Welcome Letter with a CODE to register at the Inn at Manchester. Please enter this code under Special Rates/Promo Code on the hotel website for the dates April 4-9, 2027, to receive our special rate of $165 per night and select your room.

If you find that there are no rooms left at the inn, you can put yourself on the waitlist if you would like:

  • Go to the booking link

  • Select the conference check-in and check-out dates of April 4, 2027 - April 9, 2027

  • Click Special Rates and then Promotional Code

  • Enter the promotional code you’ll find in your welcome letter after conference registration (please keep the spaces in the code)

  • Click search

  • A form will appear that lets you add yourself to the waitlist

The Taconic: The upscale Taconic is directly next door to the Inn at Manchester.

Hampton Inn and Suites: This is .6 miles from the Inn at Manchester and located in a walkable part of town.

There are many other lodging options, including Airbnbs, a short drive away. As there is plenty of parking at the Inn at Manchester, driving there daily is no problem. Best of all, there’s no traffic!
