Early Bird Price: $999. Thanks to our generous supporters, we had 10 Early Bird spots available for $999, which sold out immediately!
Full Conference Fee $1,275: Another benefit of Early Bird Registration is that you can split the Full Conference Fee over two installments. You can reserve your spot with a $600 deposit. Your remaining payment of $675 is not due until after the holidays. The deposit option is available until November 30, 2025.
Included in the Conference Fee:
Kick-Off Celebration Dinner and presentation with our workshop leaders in the Celebration Barn
Four days of morning and afternoon small-group sessions with your workshop leader
Afternoon salons with participant readings
All of your lunches and dinners Monday through Thursday (cooked-to-order breakfast if you choose to stay at Inn at Manchester)
Cash bar available during dinner, and a charming pub available in the main house at the Inn at Manchester
Unlimited tea, coffee, and water during the day
A beautiful private campus at the Inn at Manchester - our group will be the only people at the Inn!
Please note: Lodging is not included in the conference fee. Many of our participants choose to commute if they live locally. We have a special rate of $155 per night (including breakfast) at the Inn at Manchester. After you register, you will receive a short welcome survey followed by a code to make your lodging accommodations at the inn if you wish.

Reserving a room at the inn
Given the beautiful surroundings at The Inn at Manchester, we are sure you will want to stay “on campus” this year. The inn offers 21 rooms, each with its own charm and a private bath. Several rooms are well-suited for sharing with another participant.
Once you register for the conference, we will send you a CODE to obtain our special group rate of $155 plus tax, and that rate includes a cooked-to-order breakfast every morning!

We anticipate the rooms at the inn will sell out quickly. When they do, we will start a wait list and will work to obtain a group rate at the Taconic Hotel (which is within walking distance and is pet-friendly). There is also a Hampton Inn nearby.
